IS MY VEHICLE INSURED?
Optional insurance cover is offered.
WHAT TO DO IF MY VEHICLE GOT DAMAGED?
Our auto carriers strive to do the best job possible, however, sometimes damage does occur. If damage is found on your vehicle, notify Touche Auto within 6 hours of the next business day, or the claim might not be entertained. Please contact our offices for information on procedures to follow in case of a damage caused by our auto carrier. We will help in every effort to solve this issue.
WHAT IS DOOR-TO-DOOR SERVICE?
In Gauteng and Cape Town we provide Door-to-Door service which simply means we will do our best to have the car delivered directly to your address. Many cities have restrictions on large trucks that prohibit them from driving into some residential areas. In cases like this we will do our best to make arrangements to pick up or drop off at a mutual spot or agreed upon address.
WHEN CAN YOU PICKUP MY VEHICLE?
We will call you prior to us picking up your vehicle(s). If you require your vehicle to be picked up earlier then our pick up date, we will make every effort to assist you.
CAN I PUT ITEMS IN THE CAR?
Touche Auto does not authorize personal belongings in the vehicle. Spare wheel and car tools are allowed.
WILL MY VEHICLE BE DRIVEN?
The driver will drive your car on and off the car transport, and may have to unload and re-load your car occasionally during transport to optimize space on the trailer. This unloading / reloading is kept to a minimum.
HOW DO I PAY?
Cash or EFT payment accepted.
